Foamed aluminum alloy is obtained by mixing oxidized aluminum alloy powder with a substance separated from heating and gasification process. Due to the different alloys contained in aluminum, the different heating procedures and the different gasification powders obtained during the synthesis of new materials, the final foam aluminum alloys have different densities and the pores of the foams are also large and small. Foam aluminum alloy has certain sound insulation and heat insulation, non-toxic and will not burn. The material can be sawn, milled and screwed up. This new light, strong and fire-proof material can be used for elevator door veneer, train and subway car floor laying.
Aluminum foam is added into pure aluminum or aluminum alloy after foaming process, and has both metal and bubble characteristics. It has low density, high shock absorption ability, high temperature resistance, strong fire resistance, corrosion resistance, sound insulation and noise reduction, low thermal conductivity, high electromagnetic shielding, strong weather resistance, filtering ability, easy processing, easy installation, high forming accuracy, and surface coating.
Aluminum foam has excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties as well as recyclability. Light weight: density is 0.1-0.4 times that of metal aluminium.

Good acoustic function:
1, sound insulation performance (closed cell): when the sound frequency is between 800 and 4000HZ, the sound insulation coefficient of closed cell aluminum foam is more than 0.9.

Excellent electromagnetic shielding performance: when the electromagnetic wave frequency is between 2.6 and 18GHZ, the electromagnetic shielding capacity of aluminum foam can reach 60 - 90dB.
Good thermal performance: the thermal conductivity of closed cell aluminum foam with porosity of 80---90% is 0.3 - 1W/m#8226; K, equivalent to marble. The porous aluminum foam has good heat dissipation under forced convection conditions due to its interconnected pores.
Non-combustion and good heat resistance. _Corrosion resistance, good weather resistance, low moisture absorption, non-aging, non-toxic.
Easy to process: easy to cut, drill and cementing; flexible to the desired shape by moulding; surface treatment with organic or inorganic paint; two-sided skin, forming a large-scale light, high rigidity board.
It is easy to install: aluminum foam can be installed at high places without mechanical lifting equipment, such as ceiling, walls and roofs, etc., which can be mechanically or directly connected and fixed with screws, or can be pasted on walls or ceilings with adhesive.
